Samuel is a partner of the firm and heads the corporate finance and transactional practice areas. His legal practice focuses on providing executive legal counsel for business owners, investors, and entrepreneurs alike. Since embarking on his legal career in 2008, Samuel has handled well over $1B in transactions spanning across industries and geographic borders, including but not limited to corporate financing, merger & acquisitions, as well as raising capital for a variety of business large and small.
In addition to maintaining his legal practice as a corporate finance attorney, Samuel has also started various entrepreneurial ventures, including serving as a founding partner in an investment advisory business raising capital for infrastructure energy projects throughout Europe as well as serving as CEO & CFO of a consumer products company which secured funding from a publicly-traded industry leader in the sector.
More recently, Samuel has had the pleasure of advising various financial institutions – from regional banks to offshore hedge funds – on compliance and fundraising issues.

Samuel is admitted to practice in New York State. He received his Juris Doctorate from the George Washington University Law School and has a Bachelor of Science in Finance & International Business from the University of South Carolina.
